I was just reading the current month's newsletter from the Canadian Paraplegic Association and came across this fabulous article. What kills me about this article is that I have been looking for a physician to help me with my spinal cord injury and lo & behold, I have an award winning physician working in my own domain. What a shocker to find this out, 5 years down the road. And don't think that I haven't been following the news that concerns research on SCI because I have, however, it seems that her work has been pretty hush-hush up until now. Why is it that I am always on the wrong side of the hushes, if that makes any sense?
